Breast lift (mastopexy) surgery is arguably one of the most challenging cosmetic procedures to obtain consistently superb and complication-free results, especially when a breast augmentation is added to the equation. First-rate results demand a tremendous amount of skill and must be performed with extreme precision in order to create not only a pleasing post-op appearance but also breasts that will maintain their perky, youthful lift for 10 to 15 plus years.
The primary goals of most breast lifts patients are:
Dr. DeLuca and Dr. Tauber are cosmetic breast surgeons. DeLuca Plastic Surgery has been selected by thousands of women to achieve their specific surgery goals. DeLuca Plastic Surgery offers its breast lift patients several advantages, including:
My name is Valerie, and I am a 45-year-old single mother with three daughters. After breastfeeding all three infants for a period of one year, my breast size decreased by two sizes. I sought out three opinions (from 3 different plastic surgeons) for breast augmentation. The first two surgeons wanted to do a full breast lift + implants which required a higher fee/cost and a lot more surgery. Dr. DeLuca was the last opinion I received, and thank goodness I saw him because he was able to do a less complicated surgery at a much lower cost.
My breasts are amazing and have been life altering for me. Dr. DeLuca was very thorough, has a wonderful bedside manner and an incredible talent for breast augmentation. I highly recommend him for breast lift & augmentation surgery and refer family and friends without hesitation.*

I had my first consultation in 2006, but instead of jumping for the money, Dr. DeLuca told me to come back when I was done having a family because, with him, it’s all about obtaining the best possible end results—which is why mine were the absolute best (and better than I had ever even imagined).
On my last consultation, he gave me a packet on what to expect and do before and after surgery after explaining in detail what he was going to do. He explained all the different types of implants and what would suit my body best and that I should call if I thought of anything else and call I did, especially after surgery.
It did not matter what time I called or that it was a weekend—Dr. DeLuca was there to answer my questions, reassure me and talk me through the initial discomfort without a single bit of impatience. Just knowing he was a telephone call away put me at ease, and the recovery became that much easier.
Now I look in the mirror every morning and go wow! That’s me! And it’s all thanks to Dr. D. You gave me my confidence back. Thank you.*

Improving your body contour with a breast lift procedure can renew your confidence and restore femininity.* A mastopexy (breast lift) may be right for you if you wish to:
During your breast surgery consultation at DeLuca Plastic Surgery, the surgeons will thoroughly discuss your goals and desires with you. After a detailed history and a thorough discussion of the factors that concern you most, an examination will be done, making careful measurements of your breasts in order to assess the degree of ptosis (droop/sagging), skin laxity and elasticity, and nipple-areola position relative to your inframammary fold.
There are often a number of potential solutions, and the breast surgery procedure that suits you best will be recommended by Dr. DeLuca or Dr. Tauber based on your specific needs and goals. Some women desire a repositioning and lift only, whereas others want a restoration of volume that may have been lost following pregnancy or fluctuations in weight. A breast lift can be performed with or without breast augmentation (using either silicone or saline breast implants). The incisions required for a breast lift will vary based on the amount of lifting and nipple repositioning required, the elasticity of your skin, and volume/size of the implants used.
If more than one approach is possible, Dr. DeLuca and Dr. Tauber will help you to carefully weigh each of your options.
Breast Lift patients have 24/7 access to Dr. DeLuca and Dr. Tauber by phone and email, an individually tailored recovery program, and a post-op appointment policy that encourages patients to follow up with DeLuca Plastic Surgery at regularly scheduled intervals.
Because there are no drains or stitches to remove after a breast lift surgery, there aren’t any specific times at which something must be done. That said, Dr. DeLuca and Dr. Tauber do want to see all patients after one or two days and again after seven to ten days after their operation to confirm that everything looks exactly as it should. Patients can then schedule check-up appointments at one month, three months, six months, one year, and two years after surgery. Between appointments, our surgeons are available 24/7 to address any and all questions or concerns that may come up by email, phone, or in-person appointment.
In addition to the before & after breast lift photos that have been uploaded to the website, DeLuca Plastic Surgery also has several binders of recent cases that you will be able to look through and discuss during your consultation.
I have always been self-conscious of the way my body looked. After having three kids, it was more pronounced. I had a lot of questions and was very nervous about the possibility of surgery. My initial consultation with Dr. DeLuca was very informative and put me right at ease. He answered all my questions, even the silly, redundant ones. I ended up scheduling the surgery that day. I have not regretted my decision at all. My lift and augmentation surgery went very smoothly, and I love the results. I feel so much better about my appearance and would recommend Dr. DeLuca to anyone without hesitation. The office is wonderful and helpful too. Thank you to all.*
